摘 要:目的:通过对湖州市流感和流感样病例进行病原体检测,了解流感流行规律,更好地预防和控制流感流行提供依据。方法:收集2009年6月-2011年湖州市流感和流感样病例咽拭子标本3616份,采用荧光定量PCR方法进行流感病毒核酸检测,再用MDCK细胞对流感病毒核酸检测阳性标本进行病毒分离。结果:湖州市2009年6月-2011年流感病毒核酸阳性1208份,阳性率33.4%,其中乙型流感阳性率11.3%,新甲型H1N1流感阳性率11.9%,季节性H3N2亚型流感阳性率10.0%,季节性H1N1亚型流感阳性率0.2%。分离到流感病毒68株,病毒分离率为5.6%。结论:湖州市2009年6月-2011年监测年度流感流行的优势毒株乙型流感、新甲型H1N1流感和季节性流感H3N2亚型,以春、夏季为高发季节。Objective:To carry out pathogen detection of influenza and influenza-like cases in Huzhou city,in order to get deeper knowledge of the influenza epidemic pattern,providing a basis for better prevention and control.Methods: From June 2009 to 2011,three thousand,six hundred and sixteen throat swab specimens of influenza and influenza-like cases were obtained in National Surveillance Network System.These samples were screened for the presence of influenza virus in laboratory using a real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(rRT-PCR) and the positive ones were inoculated onto MDCK cells for virus isolation.Results: One thousand,two hundred and eight specimens were positive in all 3616 samples with the proportion of 33.4%,among which influenza B accounted for 11.3%,new influenza A(H1N1) accounted for 11.9%,seasonal H3N2 influenza accounted for 5.0%,and seasonal H1N1 subtype of influenza A accounted for 0.2%.Sixty-eight influenza virus strains were isolated from 1208 positive(5.6%).Conclusion: The results showed that the predominant viral strains were influenza B,new influenza A(H1N1) and seasonal influenza(H3N2) subtype in Huzhou from June,2009 to 2011,spring and summer are the high seasons for influenza epidemics.
