医疗机构污水粪大肠菌群检测现状分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对江干区内医疗机构污水的粪大肠菌群检测,找出粪大肠菌群不合格的原因。方法:对2009年-2011年辖区内委托检验的污水按照GB18466-2005进行每月一次的粪大肠菌群检测。结果:江干区医疗机构污水粪大肠菌群的总体合格率为82.66%,2009年-2011年的合格率依次为83.98%、80.40%和83.30%。四季中的合格率按夏、秋、春、冬依次提高。不同类别医疗机构的合格率按社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站、民营医院、个体诊所依次降低。结论:江干区医疗机构污水的粪大肠菌群检测合格率不高,特别是个体诊所和民营医院污水的粪大肠菌群检测合格率较低,需加强管理和指导。Objective：To find out the reason for unqualified control of fecal coliform by detecting fecal coliform of sewage in various types of medical institutions of Jianggan District.Methods： Samples of sewage for detection of fecal coliform were collected once a month from 2009 to 2011 in various types of medical institutions.Detection of fecal coliform followed the GB18466-2005.Results： The overall pass rate of sewage fecal coliform detection from medical institutions in Jianggan District was 82.66%.The qualified rates from 2009 to 2011 were 83.98%,80.40% and 83.30%.In four seasons of a year,the qualified rate in summer was the lowest,followed by autumn and spring,while the rate in winter was the highest.The fecal coliform qualified rate of different kinds of medical institutions declined in order of community health service centers,community health service stations,private hospitals and private clinics.Conclusion： The qualified rate of sewage fecal coliform detection in different medical institutions in Jianggan District was not good.Treatment of sewage and disinfection work need to be strengthened further and more management and guidance should be applied to individual clinics and private hospitals.
