摘　　要：目的探讨采用改良Ponseti法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足畸形的临床疗效。方法 2006年7月至2011年7月采用Ponseti法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足畸形99例。依据Dimeglio法分型和Pirani评分判定疗效。99例患者均得到随访,随访时间3-48个月,平均26个月。结果 99例患者(115足)中91例105足(95%)畸形矫正满意。结论应用改良Ponseti法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足畸形效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the modified Ponseti method for treating congenital clubfoot deformity. Methods 99 cases of congenital clubfoot deformity from July 2006 to July 2011 were treated by the modified Ponseti method. The effects were evaluated by the Dimeglio classification and Pirani score. All cases were followed up for 3-48 months （average 26 months ）. Results Of all 99 cases （ 115 feet）, 91 cases （ 105 feet, 95% ） had sactisfactory deformity correction. Conclusion The modified Ponseti method obtains the saetifactory effect for treating congenital clubfoot deformity.
