超敏C-反应蛋白与2型糖尿病及相关指标关系探讨

摘　　要：目的分析超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病及其相关检测指标的关系,为临床诊断、治疗和预后提供参考。方法回顾性分析佛山市中医院内分泌强化治疗中心近5年确诊为2型糖尿病且有进行hs-CRP检验的80例患者作为实验组,并以52例非糖尿病患者作为对照组,观察相关指标,应用统计学方法处理数据,比较两组之间的差异,探讨糖尿病患者hs-CRP水平变化情况及其病程和相关各项检测指标与hs-CRP之间的相关性。结果实验组hs-CRP平均水平(15.98±3.17)mg/L,对照组(2.25±1.16)mg/L,实验组hs-CRP平均水平较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在2型糖尿病患者中,hs-CRP水平与糖尿病病程、空腹血糖水平、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白分别呈正相关,与胰岛素水平和C肽呈负相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP水平普遍高于非糖尿病患者,可能与胰岛素抵抗程度加重及胰岛β细胞功能衰退相关。Objective To analyze the relationship between high sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） with type 2 dahetes mellitus （T2DM） and the related detection indexes to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods 80 cases（experimental group） with T2DM and hs-CRP detection in the endocrine intensive therapy center of this hospital in the past five years were performed the retrospective analysis. Other 52 patients with non-diabetes were as the control group. Then the relevant indexes were observed, the data were processed by the statistical method, the difference between the two groups were compared for investigating the change of hs-CRP level, and its correlation with the disease course and the related detection indexes. Results The hs-CRP level was （ 15.98±3.17 ） mg/L in the experimental group and （2.25± 1.16 ） mg/L in the control group. The hs-CRP level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ）. In the experimental group, the hs-CRP level was positively correlated with the duration of diabetes, FPG, TC, TG and LDL and negatively correlated with IRI and C-peptide. Conclusion The hs-CRP level in the patients with T2DM is generally higher than that of the patients without diabetes ,which may be associated with the aggravation of insulin resistance degree and islet B cell function decline.
