摘　　要：首先对协同创新和国家创新体系的定义和国内外的研究背景进行了分析,然后根据其定义提出了建设协同创新和国家创新体系的基本思路和主要方法,建立了国家创新体系的评估模型,并针对评估模型的数据进行了分析,最后讨论了当前研究的不足和探索方向。the collaborative innovation and national innovation system and the definition of the research background home and abroad were analyzed, then according to its definition is proposed for the construction of collaborative innovation and national innovation system the basic ideas and main method, and the establishment of a national innovation system evaluation mathematical model for evaluating model, and data were analyzed, the paper concludes with a discussion of the defects in current research and exploration direction.
