农民视角下的农业科技推广困境与出路研究

摘　　要：首先对传统视角下农业科技推广困境和出路进行了分析,并指出了其中存在的不足;研究和探讨了农民视角下的农业科技推广困境,从土地流转、农业合作社、推广模式等方面探讨了农业科技推广的出路问题,并强调应充分发挥不同层级政府在其中的监督和扶持作用。Firstly, this article analyzed the predicament and outlet of the agricultural science and technology under the traditional perspective, and pointed out the shortcomings. Then, it studied and discussed the predicament and outlet of the agricultural science and technology under the view of farmers. In addition, it should give full play to the role of supervision and support of the different levels of government.
