三氯异氰尿酸消毒烟雾剂现场消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察三氯异氰尿酸消毒烟雾剂现场空气消毒效果。方法采用空气微生物采样器采样和培养方法,对该消毒烟雾剂杀灭室内空气中自然菌的效果进行了观察。结果在28 m3的房间内放置该烟雾剂2枚(折合有效氯112.5 mg/m3),点燃该烟雾剂,在常温常湿条件下熏蒸作用60 min,对现场空气中自然菌的消除率为95.83%。结论该三氯异氰尿酸烟雾剂具有较好的除菌作用。Objective To observe the air decontamination effect of trichloroisocyanuric acid fumigant in site. Methods Sampling by air microorganism sampler and bacteria culture were used to observe the effect of trichloroisocyanuric acid fumi- gant eliminating indoor natural bacteria. Results The elimination rate of natural bacteria was 95.83% by using two trichloroisocyanuric acid fumigants （i. e. 112.50 mg/m^3 active chlorine） for 60 min in the room of 28 m3 and under normal temperature and moisture conditions. Conclusion The trichloroisocyanuric acid fumigant has good effect of bacteria elimination.
