摘 要:目的研究新出厂医疗器械清洁方法并进行清洁质量评价。方法通过目测法对手工清洗和机械清洗质量进行了评价。结果新出厂医疗器械表面均存在保护油,部分器械存在颗粒物质。表面光滑、无齿缝和关节的器械手工清洗法和机械清洗法均可达到清洁度要求,而结构复杂的器械需要反复清洗和高温处理方可达到清洁度要求。结论新出厂手术器械表面油污严重,必须经过有效清洗和反复高温灭菌之后才能达到清洁度要求。Objective To study the cleaning method for new medical instrument and to evaluate the quality of cleaning. Methods The visual inspeetion was used to evaluate the effect of hand - washing and machine - washing methods. Results There was protection oil on the surface of new medical instrument, and there were particles on some medical instrument. For the instrument that had smooth surface without slot and joint, both hand - washing and machine - washing methods could achieve the cleanliness requirement. But for the eomplex instrument, repeated washing and high temperature treat- ment were needed. Conclusion The repeated washing and high temperature treatment are needed for new medical instrument with heavy oil pollution to reach the cleanliness requirement.
