摘　　要：目的了解富阳市托幼机构预防性消毒质量,以加强托幼机构预防性消毒管理。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对富阳市托幼机构消毒质量进行连续监测。结果 2003-2012年连续10年监测,富阳市托幼机构消毒质量总合格率为93.11%。不同年度间消毒质量合格率时有波动,但无规律性变化。平均合格率较低的是工作人员和幼儿手卫生质量。不同类型托幼机构消毒质量无显著差异。结论富阳市托幼机构卫生消毒质量总体较好,但教职工手和紫外线辐射强度合格率相对较低,应重点加强管理。Objective To investigate the preventive disinfection quality and to strengthen the prevention disinfection management in nurseries and kindergartens of Fuyang. Methods On - site investigation and sampling survey methods were used to conduct continuous monitoring of the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Fuyang. Results From 2003 to 2012, the total qualified rate of the disinfection quality was 93.11%. The qualified rate of the disinfection quality in different years was fluctuation, but irregularity. The average qualified rate of the disinfection quality was lower in the staff and children＇s hands. There were not significant differences of the disinfection quality in the different types of nurseries and kindergartens. Conclusion In general, the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Fuyang is good, but the qualified rate of the staff＇s hands and UV lamp radiation intensity is relatively low. So we should focus on strengthening management.
