摘 要:目的了解血液透析患者医院感染现状及其影响因素,采取有效干预措施控制医院感染发生率。方法通过目标性监测方法,对某医院血液透析病房透析患者进行医院感染监测。结果共监测患者910例,发生医院感染117例,感染率为12.86%。感染部位以下呼吸道感染居首位,构成比为38.18%;其次是尿路感染,占18.32%。长时间住院和透析、高频率插管操作等构成医院感染主要危险因素。结论该医院血液透析患者医院感染发生率较高,影响因素复杂,需要采取综合防治措施控制医院感染。Objective To study the status and influencing factors of nosocomial infection in hemodialysis patients so as to take effective interventions to control the nosocomial infection rate. Methods Objective monitoring method was used to monitor nosocomial infection among hemodialysis patients in a hospital. Results Of the 910 patients monitored, 117 cases suffered from nosocomial infection and the infection rate was 12. 90%. The main infection site was lower respiratory tract, accounting for 38.18% ; then followed by urinary tract infection, accounting for 18. 32%. Prolonged hospitalization, dialysis and high frequency tube operations were major risk factors of nosocomial infection. Conclusion The infection rate of hemodialysis patients is high and influencing factors are complex. Comprehensive measures should be taken to control nosocomial infection.
