摘 要:随着输电线路钢管塔的大型化,针对高强钢管及配套的高强带颈法兰的研究变得日益迫切。基于前期对Q345带颈锻造法兰的理论分析及试验研究成果,首次在国内开展了Q420,Q460高强带颈对焊法兰节点轴拉承载力试验研究,验证了这两种带颈对焊法兰和对接焊缝是可靠的,检验了Q420,Q460高强钢柔性带颈对焊法兰应用于输电线路钢管塔的可行性及安全性。通过试验数据分析及有限元分析发现,大小管对接法兰及钢管的变形均主要集中在小管径一侧,因此建议小管径一侧法兰设计应予以加强。通过节点试验及有限元分析还初步对比了柔性与刚性两种设计思路的Q460高强带颈对焊法兰承载性能,并提出了工程应用建议。With the development of steel tube transmission towers, study on high strength steel tube and matched high strength high-neck forging flange is exigently needed. Based on the theoretical and experimental researches about high-neck forging flanges of Q345, axial tension tests about high strength high-neck butt welding forging flanges of Q420 and Q460 were carried out for the first time in China. The reliability of the performance of flanges and butt welding lines is proved. Feasibility and security of high strength high-neck butt welding forging flanges used in steel tube transmission towers are testified. As to flanges which connect different diameter steel tubes, it was found by joint test and finite element analysis that distortion of flange and tubes mainly appeared on the side of small diameter tube. It is suggested that the design of butt welding flanges on the side of small diameter tube should be strengthened. Bearing capacities of Q460 high strength high- neck butt welding forging flanges designed flexible or rigid were compared primarily, and engineering suggestions are proposed.
