摘　　要：为了给某房地产公司的限额设计管理提供基本数据,提出了限额指标的研究方法。收集多家房地产公司的项目数据,提炼了产品结构特征,制定了适用于该公司的限额设计指标,并将其与行业内其他指标和实际数据进行对比,验证了所提出的限额设计指标的合理性和可用性。To get the basic data for limited design management of a real estate company, research methods of limited design specifications were proposed. Lots of project data were collected, the structural characteristics were summarized, and limited design specifications for the company were formulated. Limited design specifications were compared with other specifications and data, and it is proved that the formulated limited design specifications is rational and usable.
