复方前列腺炎栓剂的研制及抑菌实验观察

摘　　要：目的　研制复方前列腺炎栓剂及该栓剂的抑菌作用。方法　将黄柏等 9味中药采用水煎醇沉法制成栓剂 ,体外平皿抑菌法测定抑菌作用。结果　栓剂的外观、硬度、重量、融变时限均符合药典规定。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别是 12 .2 5 %、6 .2 5 %和 12 .2 5 % ,且随药物浓度增加 ,抑菌强度增加。结论　自拟方剂 ,制成栓剂 ,并通过抑菌、利尿、抗炎等实验 ,提示前列腺炎栓剂对前列腺炎有良好的治疗作用 。Objective To triturate the compound prostatitis supposiitory and determin its bacteriostastic activity. Methords Using water decostion and ethanol precipitate methord. 9 kinds of herbal medicines (concluding huang bai et al)were made suppository. Determing the bacteriostastic activity wity plain utensil bacteriostastic methord out of body. Results The appearance, rigidity. weight and melten time of suppository accord with the codex pharmacopoeia stamdard. To large intetine bacilli, gololen staphylococcus, β-haemolytic steptococcus, the MIC were 12.25%, 6.25% and 12.25% respectirely. With the concentration increasing of the dug, the bacteriostastic intensity was higher. Conclusion By the bacteriostastic, diuresis, anti-inflammation experiments, the suppository has good curative effect in treating postatitis. It will widen the way of the clinical treatment of the prostatitis.
