摘 要:传统的激光功率测量方法是将光电探测器输出的光电流接入到由运算放大器搭建的I/V(电流/电压)转换电路中,通过手动开关或模拟多路开关切换不同的反馈电阻接入电路从而实现多档位大量程的测量。针对手动切换档位的操作复杂性以及多路模拟开关内阻大、承载电流小等缺点,设计了一种利用高灵敏度信号级继电器阵列控制反馈电阻切换实现的大量程激光功率自动换档测量方法。经实验测试,该方法相比于传统切换档位测量方法更为精确、快捷、可靠。The traditional laser power measurement method is that put the photoeurrent from the photodetector into a current/voltage convert circuit based on operational amplifier and switch different feedback resistor to change different measuring range by manual switches or analog multiplexers, to achieve wide range measurement. Aimed at the operation inconvenience of the manual switches and defects such as high internal on resistance, low switch current tolerance of the analog multiplexers,a new wide range and auto range laser power measurement method based on high sensitivity signal level relay array control the switching of feedback resistors is designed. It is proved that the new measurement method is more accurate,convenient and reliable than the traditional one after experimental test.
