摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备掺杂量不同的ZnO-Fe3O4溶胶,并用浸渍-提拉法将敏感材料涂覆在K+交换玻璃光波导表面,研制出ZnO-Fe3O4复合薄膜/K+交换玻璃光波导敏感元件。将敏感元件固定在光波导监测系统对挥发性有机气体进行检测。实验结果表明,在室温下该敏感元件对二甲苯蒸气有较好的选择性响应,能检测的二甲苯最低浓度为1×10-6(体积比V/V0),响应及回复时间为12s和60s。该敏感元件具有响应快,灵敏度高,成本低,容易制备等特点。Different doping amount of ZnO-Fe304 sol was prepared by sol-gel method and sensitive material was deposited onto the surface of a single mode potassium ion (K+) exchanged glass OWG (optical waveguide)by dip coated method. ZnO-Fe304 composite film/k+_exchanged glass OWG sensors was prepared, and OWG sensor was fixed on gas sensor detection system to detect VOCs gases. The experimental results showed that the sensor has high se!ectivity towards xylene gas at room temperature, and the minimum concentration for detection of xylene was 1× 10^-6 (volume ratio V/Vo), It's response time and recovery time was 12 s and 60 s respectively. The sensor had high sensitivity, fast response and recovery speed, low cost and is easily fabricated.
