摘　　要：在分析了浑河流域水环境监测、监控与管理等方面信息化现状的基础上,提出了构建浑河流域水环境风险评估及预警平台的总体软件架构,并介绍了架构中各部分的构成和具体功能,最后讨论了平台构建的关键技术。According to the analysis of water environment monitoring and management status of Hunhe River, this paper put forward the overall software architecture of water environment risk assessment and warning platform, introduced the constitution of every part and specific functions, and discussed the key technologies of the platform.
