摘 要:以典型钢包钢管混凝土防护门为研究对象,对其抗爆性能进行了数值模拟分析,研究了钢管的作用、钢管内外混凝土的强度、钢管壁的厚度等因素对其抗爆性能的影响。计算结果表明:在钢包混凝土防护门内部加设钢管后可以使结构的抗力明显增大;单纯增大填充混凝土的强度和钢管壁厚度对结构抗力影响不大,实际设计中应尽量控制填充混凝土的强度和减小钢管壁的厚度。The blast-resistant properties of a typical concrete-filled steel and steel tube blast door were investigated by numerical simulation. All the factors that influence and regulate the blast-resistant properties were sufficiently analyzed, including the existing steel tube, concrete strength inside and outside the steel tube, and thickness of the steel tube. It is concluded that the tube placed in the concrete-filled steel blast door can obviously enhance the strength of the structure. With the increase of the filled concrete strength and the thickness of the steel tube, the structural resistance are very slightly affected. Therefore, the strength of the filled concrete and the thickness of the steel tube should be controlled in the design of protective structures.
