摘  要:较系统地研究了世界上发生的两起重大核电站泄露事故的基本情况以及事故应急救援情况,总结分析了前苏联、日本对核事故应急处置的经验与教训。这些经验与教训对我国发展核电产业和防灾减灾领域的应急处理工作具有重要的借鉴意义。基于对两起核电站泄漏事故的分析研究,初步提出了提高我国核电安全水平与应急救援能力对策的建议。The basic situation and emergency rescue of two significant radiation leaks from nuclear power plants in the world are researched. The lessons and experience on emergency rescue of radiation leaks from the nuclear power plants of the former Soviet Union and Japan are summarized,which are important to our country's nuclear power industry development and emergency rescue research to prevent and reduce scourge. Finally, proposals for increasing our country's nuclear power safety and emergency rescue ability are put forward based on the analysis of two radiation leaks from nuclear power plants.
