摘  要:目的:提高白花油的质量控制标准。方法:用气相色谱-质谱法,DB-5MS毛细管柱(30m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,进样口温度为250℃,载气为高纯氦气,流量为1mL.min-1,分流比为100∶1,离子源温度为200℃,接口温度为300℃,电离方式为EI。结果:芳樟醇在0.513~10.27 ng范围内、樟脑在1.23~24.60 ng范围内、薄荷脑在5.089~101.18 ng范围内、水杨酸甲酯在7.032~140.64 ng范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,芳樟醇的回收率为105.3%,RSD为2.0%;樟脑的回收率为103.5%,RSD为2.1%;薄荷脑的回收率为104.0%,RSD为1.5%;水杨酸甲酯的回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.5%。结论:采用气相色谱-质谱法可对白花油中有效成分进行定性和定量分析,方法简便、准确,重现性好。Objective: To improve the standard of the quality control of White Flower Embrocation. Method: GC-MS device was a- dopted, on the DB-5 chromatographic column(30 m × 0. 25 mm × 0. 25 μm) with temperature programming, high-purity helium was as cartier gas and the injector temperature was set at 200 ℃. The split ratio was 100 : 1, and the ion source temperature was at 200 ℃, the interface temperature was at 300 ℃. The Ionization mode was EI. Results: The linalool, camphor, menthol crystal, methyl salicy- late showed excellent linearity, which were respectively at the range of 0. 513-10. 27 ng, 1.23-24. 60 ng, 5.089-101.18 ng and 7. 032- 140. 64 ng. The average recoveries were 105.3% (RSD =2. 0% ), 103.5% (RSD =2. 1% ), 104. 0% (RSD = 1.5% ) and 99. 5% (RSD = 1.5% )respectively. Conchlsion: The method was simple, sensitive and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the de- termination of linalool, camphor, menthol crystal and methyl salieylate in White Flower Embrocation.
