摘  要:要 目的 :探讨氦氖激光对人血清淀粉酶活性的影响。方法 :氦氖激光直接照射人血清 ,采用碘淀粉比色法测定血清淀粉酶的活性。结果 :照射时间 5min以内 ,血清淀粉酶活性高于对照组 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5) ;照射时间超过 5min,血清淀粉酶活性低于对照组 ;照射时间达1 0 min,血清淀粉酶活性明显低于对照组 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论Objective:To investigate the effect on the activity of amylase in human sera by He-Ne Laser.Methods:The serum was directly irradiated by He-Ne Laser,then the activity of Amylase was determined with Iodine Diastase colorimetric method.Results: Irradiating in five minutes,the activity of Amylase in the serum was higher than that from control groups ,but there was no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control groups(P>0.05);Irradiating time beyond five minutes,the activity of Amylase in the serum was lower than that form control groups,and irradiating time in ten minutes,there was a significant difference in the activity of the Amylase between the experimental groups and the control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:He-Ne Laser has an effect on the activity of Amylase in the serum.
