口腔黏膜渗出液中IgG含量和血清中IgG含量对应关系的分析

摘　　要：目的分析受检者口腔黏膜渗出液(OMT)样本中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和血清中IgG含量的比对结果,评估OMT中IgG的含量是否适于进行免疫检测。方法采集20名受检者的OMT和血清样本,分别将二者的IgG的含量进行比对,建立OMT中和血清中IgG的比例关系。结果确定OMT中IgG含量约为血清中IgG含量的3.5%-39.0%。结论OMT的采集具有简便、易行的优势,对受检者来说有更好的可接受性和依从性,并且OMT中IgG含量水平能够满足国境口岸现场快速免疫检测的需要,适合于免疫检测。但OMT中IgG必须通过洗脱等步骤的稀释,检测试剂的灵敏度要比血清检测试剂的高300倍左右方可得出满意的结果。Objective To analyze the IgG concentration of oral mucosal transudate （OMT）and its proportional relation with serum and to assess the feasibility of OMT in immunoassay in present study. Methods Two oral cleaning methods were performed to collect the OMT specimens. The ratio of IgG concentration between OMT and serum was evaluated by a human total IgG detection kit. Results The IgG concentration of OMT was approximate 3.5% to 39.0% in that of serum. Conclusion OMT collection is simple and easy. Another advantage to subjects is better acceptable and compliance. The total IgG concentration in OMT can meet the needs of the rapid immunoassay at frontier ports. The OMT specimen mus tbe diluted through the elution steps, mean while, it is necessary the sensitivity of the detection reagent to be about 300 times higher than serum detection reagent.
