摘 要:目的了解新疆塔克什肯和吉木乃口岸成蚊种群组成及季节消长,为防治口岸蚊类和蚊媒传染病提供依据。方法2012年5-9月采用诱蚊灯法对塔克什肯和吉木乃口岸区域成蚊进行调查,将捕获的成蚊带回实验室进行鉴定,对资料进行分析。结果共捕获成蚊142只,平均密度3.55只/h(142/40)。其中塔克什肯口岸捕获成蚊117只,平均密度4.88只/h(117/24),经鉴定隶属1科3属4种,7月份蚊媒密度最高,达13.33只/h;吉木乃口岸捕获成蚊25只,平均密度1.56只/h(25/16),经鉴定隶属1科3属3种,8月蚊媒密度最高,达5.00只/h。尖音库蚊为两口岸优势蚊种。结论通过调查,基本摸清了两个口岸成蚊本底情况,对防治口岸蚊传疾病具有积极的指导作用。Objective To understand the background situation of the composition and seasonal fluctuation of the mosquito species at Takeshiken Port and Jeminay Port in Xinjiang, and to provide control evidence of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases at ports. Methods The mosquito was investigated with lamp-traps at Takeshiken port and at Jeminay port from May to September in 2012. The captured mosquitoes were brought to the laboratory for identification, and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 142 adult mosquitoes were captured and the average density was 3.55/h (142/40). At Takeshiken Port, 117 adult mosquitoes were captured and the average density was 4.88/h (117/24), which belonged to 1 family 3 genera 4 species. The highest density was 13.33/h in July. At Jeminay Port, 25 adult mosquitoes were captured and the average density was 1.56/h (25/16), which belonged to 1 family 3 genera 3 species. The highest density was 5.00/11 in August. The Culex pipiens was the dominant species at two ports. Conclusion The baseline background of the adult mosquitoes at Takeshiken Port and Jeminay Port were mastered through the survey, and it would be positive guidance to support prevention and control of Mosquito-borne diseases at above ports.
