摘　　要：近年来,国外体面劳动研究呈现出关注战略层面和特定问题解决的趋势;体面劳动在全球减贫战略中的作用得到认同;全面人权理念规范了政府的职责与作用;对企业组织中体面劳动实现的关注日益凸显;非正规就业群体中的研究对象正逐步扩大;体面劳动测量指标的界定服务于特定问题的解决。In recent years, overseas research on decent work tends to focus on strategy and solutions of certain problems. The role of decent work in global poverty reduction strategy has gained recognition. The idea of Holistic Human Rights Approach adjusted government＇s duty and role. The realization of decent work in enterprise has increasingly captured the investigator＇ s attention. The research object of Informal employment group is gradually enlarged. The definition of decent work measurement service to the settle- ment of certain problem.
