摘　　要：目的　为卵巢恶性肿瘤手术的淋巴结清扫提供形态学依据。方法　用墨汁硝酸银水溶液或伊文氏蓝水溶液对 15只家兔的卵巢进行了灌注或注射。结果　卵巢内含有丰富的毛细淋巴管和淋巴管 ,卵巢的集合淋巴管除注入腰淋巴结外 ,还注入盆淋巴结。结论　在行卵巢癌淋巴结清扫时 ,不但要清扫腰淋巴结 。Objective: To provide morphologic evidence for the lymphadenectomy of the ovarian malignant tumor. Methods: The fifteen rabbit ovaries were injected by the aqueous solution of the inknitric acid silver or Evans blue.Results: The lymph of the ovary drains into the pelvic lymph nodesas well as the lumbar lymph nodes. Conclusion: In the lymphadenectomy of the ovary cancer, we should clear away not only lumbar lymph nodes but also the pelvic lymph nodes.
