摘　　要：目的　了解原发性痛经在高校女生中的发生情况及其相关因素。方法　采用调查表和妇科问诊两种方法对 6 34名在校女大学生进行调查分析。结果　原发性痛经的发生率为 31 5 5 %。Objective: To comprehend the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea and the correlated factors. Methods: Questionnaire and gynecological examination were conducted to investigate and analyse dysmenorrhea of 634 university schoolgirls. Results: The morbidity of primary dysmenorrhea was 31.55%. Conclusion: Emctional changes are the main cause of primary dysmenorrhea.
