摘  要:目的:探讨纤维蛋白凝胶联合磷酸钙骨水泥的理化性能及生物相容性。方法:将磷酸钙骨水泥作为对照组,纤维蛋白凝胶联合磷配钙骨水泥作为研究组,通过测定两组复合物抗压强度极限、抗弯强度极限、电镜结构以及固化体相组成,初步分析纤维蛋白凝胶联合磷酸钙骨水泥复合材料的理化性能及生物相容性。结果:与对照组抗压强度极限、抗弯强度极限比较,研究组抗压强度极限、抗弯强度极限明显增加,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),扫描电镜显示研究组微孔数少于对照组,纤维分散较好。X线衍射观察在31b和35b之间均可见衍射峰,并且与对照组相比较,研究组特征衍射峰强度相对高,羟基磷灰石相比例增加。结论:纤维蛋白凝胶的加入提高了骨水泥强度,加速骨水泥向羟基磷灰石转化,是比较好的骨移植替代材料。Objective: To explore the effects that physical and chemical properties and biocompatibitity of the fibrin gel combined calcium phosphate bone cement. Methods: Calcium phosphate bone cement was chosen as control group and the fibrin gel Joint phosphorus with calcium phosphate cement was selected as research group. The physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility of the fibrin gel combined calcium phosphate bone cement by measuring the compressive strength limit, two sets of composite flexural strength limit, electron microscopy structure and the phase composition of the solidified body were analyzed respectively. Results: Compared with the control group's compressive strength limit, bending strength limit, the team's increased significantly, which had significant difference, wand the statistical significance P 〈 0.05, Scanning electron microscopy showed that the number of micro hole in research group was less and the fiber dispersion was better than control group .and Using X-ray diffraction found that diffraction peak was visible between 31 b and 35 b, and compared with control group, the characteristic diffraction peak strength was relatively high, proportion of hydroxyl apatite increased. Conclusion: Fibrin gel improved the strength of bone cement, and accelerated bone cement transform into hydroxyapatite; it is better as substitute material of bone graft.
