中外健康体检项目比较分析

摘　　要：目的:研究美国、印度健康体检成功案例,结合我国实际,为我国健康体检项目目录的制定提供意见和建议。方法:不同体检机构体检套餐项目有所不同,首先将我国部分体检机构的体检项目目录进行汇总分析。然后,运用一对一比较的方法,将我国部分体检机构汇总得到的体检项目与印度阿波罗体检机构和美国EHE体检机构的体检项目进行比较分析,探讨中外健康体检项目的异同。结果:我国对基础体检所设项目比较复杂,美国则比较简洁;印度非传染病筛查项目较为详细;三个国家间恶性肿瘤筛查项目和影像学检查项目差异不大。我国各个层面的体检项目均比较详细,美印两国均有系统地针对不同性别、年龄和不同慢性非传染性疾病的分层设计。结论:我国需借鉴国外健康体检的经验,结合我国实际,去粗取精,建立健全健康体检机制,建立完善的体检项目推荐数据集,通过体检数据发现问题,提高我国国人健康水平。Objective： To investigate the successful cases of the United States and India combined the reality of our country to provide advices and recommendations of the formulation of health check-up items. Methods： For medical packages between different medical institutions were different, we summarized items of the partly medical institutions in China firstly. Then the method of one-to-one comparison was used to compare the differences between the Apollo and the EHE medical institutions and China. Results： The basic physical examination in China was more complex but it was relatively simple in America. Screening programs of non-communicable diseases in India were more detailed, and there were few differences among the three countries in malignancy screening items and imaging examination items. The check-up items of China in all levels were all very detailed, and there were systematically layered design for different gender, age and chronic non-communicable diseases in the United States and India. Conclusions： Our country needs to combine the reality and the foreign experience, separate the wheat from the chaff to establish and improve the health check mechanism, and to find problems from physical examination data, improve health level of people in China.
