摘　　要：北京奥林匹克公园瞭望塔工程由现浇混凝土塔座、钢结构塔身、钢结构塔冠3部分组成,塔冠结构从外筒钢柱向外悬挑。通过方案比选和专家论证,确定"分单元地面拼装,塔式起重机高空分单元整体吊装就位"的塔冠钢结构安装方案。该方案能够减少高空作业量和高空吊次,且无需对结构进行任何临时刚性支撑加固,更容易满足安装精度和安全防护要求。重点介绍了吊装机械选择,塔冠吊装单元分段、地面拼装、滑移就位、安装等施工工艺。Lookout Tower in Beijing Olympic Park is composed of concrete tower base,steel tower body and tower crown,and the tower crown is cantilever structure.By selection of the schemes,the installation technology was introduced,which was assembly and hoisting with segments.This technology could induce high altitude work and hoists,and needn't temporary supports to meet the requirements of installation accuracy and safety protection.The construction techniques of selecting of hoisting machine,dividing segments,assembling,sliding and installing of tower crown were introduced.
