摘  要:以甲基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、甲基苯基二氯硅烷为原料,采用逆水解法进行氯硅烷的水解-缩聚反应,合成了一种甲基苯基硅树脂,探讨了反应时间与催化剂质量分数对硅树脂性能的影响。以该树脂为基料,添加各种颜填料、助剂和溶剂制备出耐高温有机硅涂料,并对涂膜性能进行测试。试验结果表明:水解反应24 h,缩合反应12 h时,催化剂质量分数为0.005%,合成硅树脂的重均相对分子质量Mw为15 077,数均相对分子质量Mn为3 376.6,分布宽度D值为4.465 1。以该硅树脂为基料制备的有机硅涂料能耐800℃高温,抗冲击强度大于50 cm,涂膜铅笔硬度大于3H级。The methyl phenyl silicone resin was synthesized with converse hydrolysis-polycondensation method from methyhrichlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane and methylphenyldichlorosilane. And the influence of reaction time and catalyst quantity on the property of silicone resin was also investigated. The organic silicone coating with high-temperature resistance was prepared with this kind of silicone resin as binder by adding color pigments, fillers, additives and solvents. The performance of the coating was tested. The results indicated that the synthesized silicone showed the excellent performance when the hydrolysis time was 24 h ,the condensation time was 12 h and the catalyst quantity was 0. 005%. The weight-average molecular weight (Mw) was 15 077, number-average molecular weight (Mn) 3 376. 6, distribution width (Mw/Mn) only 4. 465 1 analyzed by HPGPC. The coating synthesized with this kind of silicone resin as binder could resist a high temperature of 800℃, and exhibited the following properties: impact resistance 〉 50 cm, pencil hardness 〉 3H.
