腋下直切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用微创外科手术治疗小儿动脉导管未闻新方法的疗效．方法：应用腋下直切口（８ｃｍ～１０ｃｍ）胸膜外动脉导管结扎术方法治疗２７例小儿动脉导管未闻．结果：全部病例均痊愈，无胸膜外血肿、声音嘶哑等并发症．结论：腋下直切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术方法治疗小儿动脉导管未闻具有对患儿呼吸循环功能影响小、损伤少、恢复快、美观易于接受等优点，适合于临床推广．Objective: To discuss the curative effects of a new method treating PDA with extrapleural PDA ligation in straight sub-axillary incision on the view of mirosurgery. Methods: 27 cases of children patients were treated with extrapleural PDA ligation in straight sub-axillary incision(Scml0cm) from June 1989 to October 1999. Results: All cases were healed without any complications such as extrapleural hematoma and hoarseness. Conclusions: This method could have less affection on respiratory and circulatory systems and less injury and recovery soon. It should be used in clinics due to its beautiful outlook on incision.
