摘 要:针对多层砖混结构抗震性能差的特点,介绍了钢筋-沥青复合隔震层技术,该技术造价低,施工简便。通过在基础与结构主体之间设置沥青隔震层,大大延长建筑物基本自振周期,从而达到隔震、减震的目的。详细介绍了设计步骤及施工方法,包括隔震原理与组成,并通过计算,确定合理的减震系数和构造措施。Considering the poor seismic performance of brick structures, this paper introduces the reinforced asphalt compound seismic isolation technology. This technology has the characteristics of low cost and easy construction. By setting reinforced asphalt compound isolation layer between the foundation and the main structure, the natural vibration period of the building can be significantly increased to achieve the objective of isolation and reduction of seismic action. The design procedure and the construction methods are introduced in detail. Isolation principle and system composition are also introduced. The seismic action reduction coefficient and structural methods are decided by calculations.
