新型含嘧啶核的超支化聚酰亚胺的制备与表征

摘  要:采用3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)为A2型单体,2,4,6-三氨基嘧啶(TAP)为B′B2型单体,通过控制BTDA和TAP的比例制备了一系列含有嘧啶核的超支化聚酰亚胺(HBPI)。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、热失重分析和溶解性测试对合成的HBPI进行了结构表征和性能研究。结果表明,合成的新型含嘧啶核的HBPI在强极性非质子溶剂中具有良好的溶解性;新型HBPI的耐热性能比普通聚酰亚胺有所降低,但仍具有较为优异的耐热性能。A series of novel pyrimidine nucleus-containing hyperbranched polyimides were successfully prepared by changing monomer' molar ratios using 3,3', 4,4'-benzophenonetetra-carboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)as A2 monomer and 2,4, 6-triaminopyrimidine(TAP) as B'B2 monomer. The obtained HBPI' structures and performance were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, thermal gravimetric analysis and solubility test.The results show that the novel HBPI is highly organosoluble in strong polar aprotic solvents. The thermal properties of the novel HBPI decrease relative to normal polyimide, but the HBPI still exhibit good thermal stability.
