摘　　要：认为现代慈善伦理必须在传统的基础之上实现价值的重构,才能适应现代社会的发展。提出通过培育慈善文化、强化政府责任、健全慈善组织等路径,不断彰显现代慈善伦理的价值,从而推进慈善事业的发展。In order to adapt to the development of the modern society, the value of the modern charity ethics should be reconstructed on the basis of tradition. At the same time, we should take measures such as cultivating charity culture, strengthening governmental responsibility, perfecting charity organization and so on to demonstrate the value of modem charity ethics, so as to promote the development of charities.
