摘 要:以1-十八烯为单体,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,Span80为乳化剂,环己烷为致孔剂,加入无机盐氯化钙,采用油包水高内相比乳液模板法合成了长链烯烃高吸油性树脂,并研究了其对氯仿的吸附性能.考察了交联剂、反应时间、引发剂、乳化剂、聚合温度、水相体积等因素对该树脂吸油性能的影响.得到了合成高吸油性树脂的最佳条件,所得高吸油性树脂对氯仿的吸油率为27 g/g.Adding inorganic salt anhydrous calcium chloride to the emulsion systems, with 1-octadecene as the monomer, pentaerythritol tetraacrylate as cross-linking agent, 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, Span80 as emulsifier, eyclohexane as porogen, respectively, high oil-absorbing resins were synthesized by high internal phase emulsion template. The adsorption property of the high oil-absorbing resins for chloromethane was stud- ied. Effects of cross-linking agent, reaction time, water volume fraction, initiator, emulsifier and temperature on the property of the high oil-absorbing resins were also studied. The optimum polymerization conditions for syn- thesis of high oil-absorbing resin were obtained. The highest oil absorbency of the resin for trichloromethane was 27g/g
