摘  要:目的探讨血糖(Glu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)三者联合检测在临床中的应用价值。方法对80例临床明确诊断为2型糖尿病的住院患者治疗前后分别进行血糖、糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白测定,另选80例体检的健康者为对照组,对结果进行统计学分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白水平明显高于正常对照组,且糖尿病组空腹血糖与糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白均呈正相关,3组结果相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血糖、糖化血红蛋白和糖化血清蛋白三者联合检测对早期诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病,判断治疗效果,对控制和减少糖尿病并发症的发生、发展有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of blood glucose (Glu), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c), and glycosylated serum protein (GSP) three combined detection. Methods Eighty patients clinically diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes mellitus underwent Glu, HbA1 c and GSP determinations before and after treatment, and another 80 healthy subjects were recruited as the control group. The results were analyzed statistically. Results In diabetic patients the fasting Glu, HbA^c and GSP levels were significantly higher than those in normal control group. And in diabetic group the fasting blood glucose and HbAI c and GSP were positively correlated ; the results of the three determinations were statistically significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Glu, HbAl c and GSP three combined detection is important in early diagnosis of type II diabetes mellitus; it helps assess therapeutic results, control and reduce the incidence and development of diabetic complications.
