3003铝合金连续挤压管材的微观组织对其力学性能的影响

摘  要:利用光学显微镜观察3003铝合金连续挤压管材的微观组织,用电子拉伸试验机进行拉伸试验,测试样品的力学性能。讨论不同条件下(即不同挤压温度和不同锰含量)获得的微观组织对力学性能的影响。结果表明,随挤压温度的降低,晶粒得到细化,抗拉强度和屈服强度提高,延伸率变化不明显;随锰含量的提高,第二相粒子在晶界处析出量增多,从而使抗拉强度和屈服强度提高,延伸率略有降低。3003 Al alloy tube with various microstructure have been obtained successfully under different extrusion conditions using continuous extrusion method.The microstructure of samples taken from 3003 Al alloy tube were observed by optical microscope.Mechanical properties of 3003 Al alloy with different microstructure were examined through tensile test at room temperature.Then,influence of the microstructure on the mechanical properties of 3003 Al alloy tube were discussed.In addition,starting material with different content of Mn in 3003 Al alloy effect on the mechanical property was also examined.The experimental results showed that tensile strength and yield strength improved significantly with decrease of extrusion temperatures.However,elongation was reduced slightly.It was found that the precipitation of second phase particles had great effect on improvement of the tensile properties in 3003 Al alloy.
