摘  要:武钢条材总厂一炼钢分厂中包水口渗钢一直干扰着钢厂的安全生产,分析接缝料、中包座砖的热膨胀性能对水口渗钢的影响,认为中包座砖与水口之间的热膨胀性差异是导致渗钢的关键原因。通过对中包座砖热膨胀性的研究,研制出与水口热膨胀性能相匹配的座砖,解决了水口渗钢的问题。Leaking of hot metal from the nozzle of the tundish is a very serious problem threatening the safety of production in the No.1 Steel-making Branch of Long Product Plant of WISCO.By analyzing the effects of the expansion properties of the seam materials and the seat brick of the tundish on the hot metal leaking of the tundish,it’s determined that the primary cause to the leaking of the hot metal is the difference of thermal expansion efficiency between the seat brick and nozzle of the tundish.Further more,by studying the thermal expansion efficiency of the seat brick of the tundish,the seat brick matching with the thermal expansion of the nozzle has been developed and therefore the problem of hot metal leakage from the tundish nozzle is solved accordingly.
