摘 要:研究开发新型HY-MAC快速导热火道墙砖的必要性和重要意义。通过对传统高铝质火道墙材质改进,增强了3倍的高导热系数和耐温、耐压强度,达到焙烧节能降耗的目的。应用结果显示新型材质砖相比于传统材料砖燃气节能达到25%以上,提高产能14.2%,预计延长炉寿命3年以上,减少维护成本及劳动强度,用低温、低能耗可达到高制品质量。为下游铝电解降低成本奠定了基础,取得了明显的经济效益。In this paper,the necessity and importance to do research and develop new type HY - MAC high thermal conductivity brick for flue wails of anode baking furnaces are described. Through modification to the materials of traditional high alumina flue walls, 3 times of high thermal conductivity and temperature resistance and compressive strength are enhanced to saving energy and reduce consumption. The results show that the new type of bricks can save energy of 25% or more comparing with bricks made from traditional materials, and the productive capacity increases by 14.2%, the maintenance costs and labor intensity can be reduced and more than 3 years of the furnace life will be prolonged. This can lay a foundation for the downstream of aluminum electrolysis to reduce cost, which achieves obvious economical benefit.
