预脱硅粉煤灰制取氧化铝熟料烧成工艺研究

摘　　要：分析了大唐国际再生资源公司预脱硅粉煤灰制取氧化铝熟料烧成过程存在的问题,并确定了解决问题的思路,在此基础上确定了实验室研究的方案。实验室研究表明:生料浆中加入适当的烟煤粉和铁粉,能够使烧成的熟料结粒状况明显改善,熟料的溶出率显著提高。Existing problems during clinker sintering process were analyzed in Datang Recycling Resource Development Co. ,ltd. in this paper, and soluto those problems were identified. After experiment, the results showed that the situation of clinker agglomeration could be improved by adding appropriate coal and iron into raw materials and the leaching rate of clinker was significantly improved.
