摘  要:制备了掺杂钇(Y)的AB5型储氢合金MlNi3.68Co0.72Mn0.4Al0.3Yx(x=0、0.024和0.048),研究了掺杂Y对产物结构和性能的影响及对密封电池性能的影响。掺杂Y没有改变合金的相结构,且对合金晶胞参数影响不大;随着Y掺杂量x的增加,合金的吸氢量减小,平衡氢压增大;掺杂Y可提高合金的耐腐蚀性能,降低循环过程中密封电池的内压,使国际电子电工委员会(IEC)循环寿命延长,长期储存性能改善。用x=0和0.048的合金制备的电池,IEC循环寿命分别为900次和1 600次,常温储存1 a后的开路电压分别为0.881 V和1.225 V。AB5-type hydrogen storage alloys M1Ni3.68 Co0. 72 Mn0.4 Al. 3 Yx ( x = 0,0. 024,0. 048) were prepared by doping yttrium (Y). The effects of doping Y on the structure and performance of the products and the sealed battery were investigated. Doping Y did not change the phase structure of the alloy and had little effect to the cell parameters. With the increase of Y doping content x, hydrogen absorption of the alloy decreased, the equilibrium hydrogen pressure increased. Doping Y improved the anti-corrosion per-formanee of alloy, reduced the inner pressure of sealed battery during the cycle process, which led to improve of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) cycle life and the long-term storage performance. The IEC cycle life of the battery prepared with x = 0 and 0.048 was 900 times and 1 600 times,open-circuit voltage after 1 a storage under normal temperature was 0.881 V and 1.225 V,respectively.
