摘  要:对影响球罐支柱轴向稳定性的各种载荷的作用进行了详细分析,并对载荷的组合工况进行了考证,就拉杆与支柱上端连接位置对支柱的稳定性影响进行探讨,得出球罐支柱轴向稳定通常取决于水压试验工况。拉杆与支柱连接位置对支柱稳定性影响不大,但对拉杆本身等有极大的影响。文章还指出GB 12337—1998标准中球壳a点的应力计算中应补充涉及支柱上端水平力及其弯矩的作用。This paper makes a detailed analysis on the effects of various loads that influence the prop axial stability of spherical tank and studies the operating conditions of the load combinations.It discusses the influence of the location of connection between the pull rod and the upper end of the pillar on the prop stability.It is concluded that the axial stability of spherical tank prop usually depends on the hydrostatic test condition.The location of the connection between pull rod and pillar only affects the prop stability slightly,yet it affects the prop itself significantly.The paper also points out that when calculating the stress on the A-point of the spherical shell according to GB 12337-1998,the effects of the horizontal force on the upper end of the prop and the resulting flexural moment should also be considered.
