摘 要:采用电弧重熔方法对钢表面热浸镀铝层进行了重熔处理,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD),并对镀铝层的硬度及弯曲性能进行了测试,结果表明,电弧重熔可以明显改善热浸镀铝层组织,由重熔前的纯铝层、扩散层和基体层三层组织转变为重熔后的扩散层和基体层两层组织。扩散层物相成分主要为Al-Fe化合物,但重熔改变了各层物相种类。重熔后镀铝层的硬度得到一定提高,试样经过弯曲试验后,并未出现肉眼可见的鼓泡、微裂纹,重熔后韧性得到明显改善,综合性能更优。The hot-dip Al layer on oil pipe steel is remelted by arc remelting.The experiment is carried out by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),micro-hardness and bending testing methods.The results show that arc remelting may obviously improve the structure of the hot-dip Al layer and after arc remelting,the previous three layers including the pure Al layer,diffusion layer and substrate layer have been changed into two layers which are diffusion layer and matrix layer.The composition of the diffusion layer is mainly of Al-Fe compounds,yet remelting has changed the phase types of different layers.The hardness of the aluminized layers is greatly enhanced after arc remelting.There were no obvious bubbles and micro-cracks existing in the surface of arc after bending tests.Arc remelting can improve the toughness and the comprehensive performance is better.
