合成气压缩机操作不当产生的故障及对策

摘　　要：合成气压缩机组在运行中出现了一系列故障,对其分析,找出了故障的原因。对于盘车器蜗杆齿损坏,其原因为在汽轮机转子未完全静止前就投入盘车或先开盘车电机然后扳离合手柄而造成的;对于汽轮机振动高而连锁跳车,其原因为盘车时间短、未盘车、TTV阀控制不当等因素而引起;对于汽轮机在提速时跳车,其原因为调速阀在接管TTV阀后,其仍处于自我调整期,急于提速导致汽轮机转速低而跳车;对于空气压缩机喘振放空阀突然全开,其原因为合成气压缩机汽轮机在投抽汽时暖管不充分,冷凝液带入蒸汽管网,造成空气压缩机汽轮机转速下降而喘振放空阀全开。A number of malfunctions occurred in synthesis gas compressor train during operation.The causes for the malfunctions have been found out through analysis.The reason for the worm tooth damage of turning devices is that the turning device starts up before the rotor comes to standstill or the turning motor is started before the turning set lever is turned down;the reason for the turbine trip by high vibration during start-up includes short barring gear time,no turning,wrong control of TTV;the reason for the turbine trip during speed-up is that after the governing valve replaces the TTV valve,it's still adjusting itself and sudden speed-up may cause low turbine speed;and the reason for the full open of the surge valve of air compressor is that the extraction pipe is inadequately warmed and the condensation in tube goes into steam pipe network when the turbine of synthesis gas compressor is running extraction gas and the speed of the steam turbine of the air compressor goes down.
