摘 要:基于煤参与生物质气化尚无工业化示范装置的运行数据,采用单一流化床二步法,以水蒸气为气化剂,在自行研制的流化床气化炉试验装置上对生物质与煤催化气化制取富氢燃气进行了试验研究。探讨了反应温度、钙碳摩尔比和水碳摩尔比等工艺参数对燃气组分的影响。试验结果表明,该气化技术不仅可以稳定地获得富含氢的燃气,而且具有实用性和可操作性;增加反应温度、钙碳摩尔比和水碳摩尔比均能增加燃气中氢的浓度。Based on that there was not operating data in the industrialized and demonstrated plant in which the biomass was gasified with the coal, two -stage gasification process was adopted in a single fluidizcd bed, taking the water steam as a gasification agent, on basis of a test plant of gasifier in the self -researched fluidized bed, a trial research was made for hydrogen-rich combustion gas produced from biomass and coal due to catalysis/gasification. Author has discussed the influence of process parameters of reaction temperature, calcium/carbon mole ratio and water/carbon mole ratio etc. on the compo- sition of combustion gas. Test result indicates that not only this gasification technology can stably obtain hydrogen-rich combustion gas, but also it has practicability and operability ; increasing reaction temperature both the calcium/carbon mole ratio and the water/carbon mole ratio can increase the concentration of hydrogen in the combustion gas.
