天然气纯氧换热式转化工艺的应用与实践

摘　　要：陕西兴化集团有限责任公司合成氨装置采用天然气纯氧换热式转化工艺。介绍了该装置的工艺流程、主要设备和催化剂的使用情况;简述了装置运行中存在的问题及技改措施。结果表明,经过10多年的生产运行和逐步完善,该装置的规模已由2×8万t/a发展成单系列15万t/a和20万t/a的生产能力,吨氨耗天然气为825 m3,吨氨综合能耗为1 158 kg标煤,运行指标全面超过了设计值。Shift process of natural gas by pure oxygen heat exchange type was used in the synthetic ammonia plant of Shanxi Xinghua Group Company Ltd. , author has introduced the application situations of process, main equipment and catalyst for this plant ; has briefly described the problems existing in operation of this plant and the technical reformation measures. Result indicates that after productive operation and progressive improvement in more than 10 years, the scale of this plant was developed to a single series with capacities of 150,000 t/a and 200,000 t/a from 2× 80,000 t/a, natural gas con- sume per ton of ammonia is 825 m3 , comprehensive energy consume per ton of ammonia is 1 158 kg of standard coal; the operating indexes have fully exceeded the design values.
