摘  要:分析了以二级脱盐水为工作介质时,外啮合齿轮泵产生困液现象的原因;讨论了二级脱盐水的水质标准在纯水液压传动中的特点;研究了有齿侧间隙的外啮合齿轮泵卸荷槽的设计方法;结果表明,采用双矩形对称布置的卸荷槽,是解决外啮合齿轮泵困液现象的有效办法。Author has analyzed the cause of trapped fluid phenomena existing in the externally engaged gear pump in case of two stage de-mineralized water as the working medium ; has discussed the characteristic in the pure water hydraulic drive of water quality standard of two stage deineralized water ; has researched the unloading tank design method of externally engaged gear pump having a gap in the gear side ; the result indicates that the unloading tank design, using symmetrical arrangement like as double rectangle, is the effective method to solve trapped fluid phenomena of the externally engaged gear pump.
