摘　　要：从理论与实践两个层面,分别对国外、国内图书馆绩效评估与价值评估进行了简要梳理与介绍,总结了国内图书馆在绩效评估与价值评估中所取得的成绩与不足,指出绩效评估已完成使命,价值评估才是图书馆评估的必然趋势,图书馆人亟待转变观念,树立投资回报意识,为推动和促进图书馆价值评估作出自己应有的贡献。The article summarized the performance evaluation and value evaluation in or outside the country according to theory and practice. It made a conclusion about the advantages and disadvantages of performance evaluation and value evaluation about the library. And it pointed out that performance evaluation has finished its duty, and the value evaluation is the direction of opinions about it and make a contribution to improve ibrary assessment. The librarians need to change their and develop the library value evaluation.
