摘　　要：介绍下一代图书馆自动化系统产生的背景及其在国外的实践情况,主要包括Alma、Sierra、Kuali-OLE、WMS、Intota和Open Skies等系统的研发现状、开发方式、部署方式、功能及其他特点,最后指出下一代图书馆自动化系统的发展趋势。This article introduces the origin and the practice of the next generation integrated library system abroad, including the systems named Alma, Sierra, Kuali-OLE, WMS, Intota and Open Skies. Several aspects of these systems are analyzed： the development stages, the development and deployment methods, the functions and the characteristics of the systems, etc. Finally, this article discusses the trends of the next generation integrated library systems.
