摘  要:为研究西藏小型猪类胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)基因甲基化及表达差异,对IGFBP-3基因的CpG岛甲基化程度、mRNA及蛋白表达水平进行分析,并以军牧一号猪为对照。结果表明:西藏小型猪肝脏组织中IGFBP-3基因CpG岛甲基化水平显著高于军牧一号猪(P<0.05);西藏小型猪不同组织中IGFBP-3mRNA表达量均显著高于军牧一号猪(P<0.05);同时肾脏中IGFBP-3蛋白含量显著高于军牧一号猪(P<0.05)。这为猪生长发育调控及促生长机制提供了分子依据。In order to investigate the difference of the methylation and the expression levels of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) between Tibetan Mini-pig and the Junmu-1 white pig, the methaylation of CpG island, the mRNA and the protein expression level of IGFBP-3 were detected in this study. The results showed that: The methyla- tion level of IGFBP-3 gene in the liver of Tibetan Mini-pig was significantly higher than that in the liver of Junmu-1 pig (P〈0. 05). The mRNA level of IGFBP-3 in the tissues of Tibetan Mini-pig was higher than that in the Junmu-1 pig gen- erally (P〈0.05), whereas, the same phenomenon of the IGFBP-3 protein expression was only found in the kidney tissue (P〈0. 05). This would lay certain molecular theoretical basis for the pig resource specific to the growth and development mechanisms of pigs.
