摘 要:公路钢桥焊缝超声波检测灵敏度标准完全仿照的是铁路钢桥超声波检测标准,但公路桥梁与铁路桥梁荷载不同,完全仿照铁路钢桥超声波检测标准会产生较大的误差,通过对比公路桥梁荷载和铁路桥梁荷载中活荷载占各自总荷载的百分比关系,计算分析公路Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级荷载下超声波检测标准优化系数,最终拟定了适合于公路Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级荷载下钢桥焊缝超声波检测DAC曲线的灵敏度。Highway steel bridge ultrasonic detection sensitivity standard being completely imitating the railway steel bridge ultrasonic testing standard, but the highway bridge load is very different from that of the railway bridge load. Therefore, copying the railway steel bridges ultrasonic testing standard exactly may produce large error. In this paper, by comparing the highway bridge load and railway bridge load, the respective percentage of the live load in the total load was obtained. By the analysis of the ultrasonic testing standard optimization coefficient, especially under the highway bridge load of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ, a suitable ultrasonic testing DAC curve for highway steel bridge under the highway bridge load of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ was finally worked out.
